Our chauffeur-driven vehicles
Choose a vehicle to suit your passengers and luggage.
A Paris hotels – Disneyland Paris transfer starts with the correct address, your arrival time and the needs of everyone travelling. KS Transport Services arranges a pre-booked private journey to your accommodation, terminal or visitor destination with your luggage. This guide explains how to prepare an airport transfer, private shuttle or chauffeur-driven van on this route, choose a suitable vehicle and plan the return journey. The booking covers transport; hotel accommodation, flights, train tickets and attraction admission are booked separately. Give the full journey details rather than choosing a general place name when your final stop is a particular hotel.
Paris hotels, neighbourhoods and main railway stations
For a Paris arrival or departure, provide the hotel name, street and postcode. Pick-ups can be arranged at hotels, apartments and business addresses in the different arrondissements, according to the journey booked. Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, Champs-Élysées, Opéra, Madeleine, Louvre, Les Halles, Marais, Bastille, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Latin Quarter, Montparnasse, Montmartre and Bercy have different road access and traffic conditions. A neighbourhood name alone is not a sufficiently precise meeting point.
Hotel examples include Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel, Novotel Paris Les Halles, Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon, Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon TGV, Pullman Paris Centre–Bercy, Novotel Paris Centre Bercy, ibis Paris Bercy Village, Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel, Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra, Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg and Hôtel L’Échiquier Opéra Paris. Other Paris hotels, residences and holiday rentals can also be entered in the form. This is a selection of possible addresses, rather than an exhaustive hotel directory or a claim of hotel partnership.
Rail connections may involve Gare du Nord for Eurostar, Gare de l’Est, Gare de Lyon, Gare Montparnasse, Gare Saint-Lazare, Gare d’Austerlitz or Gare de Bercy Bourgogne–Pays d’Auvergne. Give the exact station, train number and arrival time, then agree a suitable meeting point. An additional station stop or a separate journey between a hotel and a station must be requested; it is not automatically included in a direct Paris hotels – Disneyland Paris transfer.
When connecting a train and a flight, allow for leaving the station, collecting luggage, road traffic and airport formalities. With children, a pushchair or several suitcases, the vehicle must suit the entire party. Keep the chauffeur informed if your train, hotel or meeting time changes, so the arrangements can be reviewed against availability. The booked destination and confirmed collection time remain the reference for the journey.
Disneyland Paris, Disney hotels and Val d’Europe accommodation
A Disneyland Paris transfer can end at the parks, a Disney hotel, another hotel, a residence or Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station. Enter the actual destination. Disneyland Hotel, Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Sequoia Lodge, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch are different drop-off points with their own access arrangements.
Other stays may involve Hôtel l’Élysée Val d’Europe, Relais Spa Val d’Europe, Aparthotel Adagio Val d’Europe, Moxy Paris Val d’Europe, Staycity Aparthotels, Marriott’s Village d’Île-de-France, B&B HOTEL near Disneyland Paris or Campanile Val de France. Copy the address from your confirmation and list any extra stop. A hotel arrival followed by a park drop-off is not automatically part of a direct transfer. For late park collections and onward flights or trains, agree the timing in advance. Rooms and park tickets are booked separately.
Vehicle choice, suitcases and child seats
Choose a vehicle for the whole party and everything you are carrying. Give the number of adults and children, large suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and bulky items. Seating capacity and boot capacity are different limits. Review the vehicles and conditions shown for your request, and ask for confirmation if unsure. Extra luggage reported only at the last minute may make the reserved vehicle unsuitable.
Provide children’s ages and any baby-seat or booster requirements during booking. Check the options and any supplements shown, especially for several seats or a return journey. For a wheelchair or particular assistance need, request explicit confirmation: a standard car does not guarantee an adapted vehicle. Accurate information helps arrange transport that fits the actual journey.
Transfer price and online booking
The Paris hotels – Disneyland Paris transfer price depends on the selected addresses, vehicle, options and requested programme. Use the booking module on this page to enter the departure, destination, date and time. Check the displayed conditions rather than using a general price quoted for another route. A direct transfer, extra stops and an hourly chauffeur service are different products.
For a return, enter its actual departure point and date. A holiday that begins at a hotel may end at a park, station or shopping destination. Check your contact details and journey summary before confirming. Being able to submit a request at any hour does not guarantee an immediately available vehicle; book ahead to see the arrangements available for your journey.
Early flights, delays and onward connections
Give the departure time of any flight or train you need to catch. Road travel is only one part of the schedule: check-in, security and boarding take additional time. Traffic, works and events can affect the journey. Plan a sensible margin, particularly for an early departure or a connection after a day of sightseeing.
If a flight is delayed, a terminal changes or a train is cancelled, send the new details using your booking’s contact information. The confirmed service conditions govern waiting, changes and cancellation. Do not assume a collection time has changed without communication. A reachable phone number and correct travel details help organise the Paris hotels – Disneyland Paris journey.
Preparing a private journey for your group
When comparing a private shuttle or chauffeur-driven VTC with a taxi, public transport or a train, consider connections, luggage and your final address as well as price. A well-prepared direct journey starts with a clear meeting point, a suitable vehicle and a realistic schedule. Choose the option that fits your budget and itinerary.
Before travel, check the date, addresses, passenger details, telephone number, flight or train, bags and child equipment. Explain any multi-hotel collection, special request or sightseeing programme before confirmation. This keeps the Paris hotels – Disneyland Paris reservation aligned with the stops actually required and avoids relying on last-minute changes that may not be available.
